Fall Forum Meeting Update

We would like to thank those of you who attended our Fall Forum Meetings for the questions and wonderful feedback you provided.

Please remember it's NOT TOO LATE! We are more than happy to help your school set up & get going using the Road to Success WebTool. Also, if there's anything that really works at your school please share so other schools can benefit as well!

The PowerPoint presentation from the meeting with instructions and helpful hints can be found at:

Faculty and Staff Certificate Lists are NEEDED!  All faculty and staff at your school who work 24* hours+ are eligible to receive these.  They are a booklet of offers given as a token of Success in Education’s appreciation for all they do!  *If a person that works less than 24 hours deserves one, please include them.  Use your judgment.  Please send the list in Excel in the following format.  Please email the list to intern@sieutah.org no later than Friday, December 5th.  All schools who get their lists in on time will be put in a drawing to receive a special prize!

Also remember that we are having a CONTEST!
All schools will be starting at ground zero NOW. If your school already qualifies, just keep going. If you're not quite there -- you have time! Start now and your school can still qualify by the next Forum Meeting.

Who Qualifies? Schools with 80% of your students using the WebTool 80% of the time!

What do you win? A fabulous Blendtec blender!

When? All schools qualifying will be entered in the drawing to be held at the next Forum Meetings.

* You MUST be present to win.

Many of you had questions about printing reading slips. Please see instructions below.

1. Log in as each teacher (e-mail Megan or Hanna if you'd like a spreadsheet of teachers' usernames & passwords)
2. Click "Reading Slips"
3. Make sure the correct classroom is selected if the teacher has multiple (you can select this in the drop-down box below the teacher's name)
4. Select the week
5. Click "Select Eligible" (This will automatically print 1 ticket if a student has read 5-6 days or 2 tickets if a student has read 7 days. If there is a student you feel is deserving you can click the circle next to their name to print a ticket for that student.)
6. Click "Print Selected Slips"
7. On the page that pops up, either right-click & hit "Print" or hold down Ctrl+P on your keyboard to print the page

Repeat steps 4-7 for each week, then move on to the next teacher.
